Bio

Becci Martin is the founder and Director of Coaching and Mentoring at Boo Coaching and Consulting. Becci is an EMCC Global Development volunteer with a passion for creating social value across communities locally and globally. Her background in healthcare leadership combined with her significant experience leading mentoring schemes and developing strategic coaching and mentoring interventions brings a unique combination of skills and knowledge to her clients and to the EMCC team.

Nicci Hilson is the Clinical Training and Education Lead for Hillingdon Training Hub (UK).  Nicci has worked in Primary Care for over 15 years, in a variety of roles in practices and organisations across England. Nicci also runs her own consultancy company which aims to support general practice in remaining the sustainable gate keeper of NHS services, improving quality, patient experience and staff well-being.
