Today, Reed MIDEM – a leading international organiser of tradeshow conferences and networking events and a subsidiary of Reed Exhibitions and RELX, provides several development programmes for its employees. Since two years, a Mentoring programme is in place and it will develop to other subsidiaries next year.
In this session, we will share how we start and structure this programme:
Jean-Yves Coënt is Process Director and internal coach at Reed MIDEM. Following a successful career as a manager in Finance Divisions for various companies, he joined Reed MIDEM in 2002 and has been part of their Human Resources team for six years. Jean-Yves accompanies the development of the company and its staff via internal training, Coaching, Co-Development Groups, and Change Management Projects.
He is an Executive coach, trained at HEC France, and member of In’Coach, French association of internal coaching.
