In Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), we are challenged to bring coaching & mentoring to a large corporate audience of 17,000 people.
In this session we will share how we met this challenge using digital & virtual coaching, covering the following:
Rachael Hunt is the Technical Career Path (TCP) Programme manager at from Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). Rachael has worked in the technology industry for many years and now leads a Global Technical Career Path Programme to support career advancement and company innovation within technical communities. Working with strengths-based change management strategies, Rachael leads a team that supports and evolves performance strategies with both individuals and organisations. She enjoys, and has experience with, teaching, facilitating, coaching, mentoring, and rock climbing.
