Session

How do we extend the high touch benefit of coaching/mentoring to a large corporate audience at low touch cost?

In Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), we are challenged to bring coaching & mentoring to a large corporate audience of 17,000 people.

In this session we will share how we met this challenge using digital & virtual coaching, covering the following:

  • An overview of the career development coaching/mentoring programme in place at HPE for our global audience of 17,000 innovators
  • Why we needed a coaching/mentoring programme and what were the challenges?
  • How we met those challenges?
  • What are the results and where we go next?
