After offering individual and team coaching within our company, we felt that mentoring could be another powerful way to develop and engage our employees. We started where there was appetite, based on specific needs. We developed either developmental and two way mentoring. As the outcome of those first initiatives is very positive, we now want to further expand mentoring.
Sophie Bocquet is an executive and team coach. She is also in charge of developing mentoring within Euroclear. After a career in sales, consultancy, process re-engineering and business transformation, project and IT management, audit, she felt the needed to further develop her soft skills science and knowledge.
She has always been highly passionate by the development of talents, support of individuals and teams, and deep understanding of the human nature. She deeply believes that motivated and happy people, and aligned teams, achieve higher levels of productivity. She naturally turned to coaching to further develop this understanding of human mechanisms, convinced that she can play a role in helping others to identify or confirm their aspirations and help them to identify the resources they have to achieve those dreams. She wants to convert individual and collective well-being into economic results and create a sort of happiness business case. When she is coaching or working on mentoring, she feels joy and her energy level raises.
