This session aims to share with delegates the key themes and trends on mentoring as they emerge around the globe and have been identified from mentoring work the panel members have been focusing in recent years. The intention is to initiate dialogue with delegates on their own experiences and observations on how mentoring should be evolving in the future so to cater for diverse societal needs.
